XDial comes complete with outbound, inbound, blended and predictive dialling capabilities and is scalable to any size call centre from 5 to 500 + seats. It is possible with our call centre software to handle multiple campaigns at once and use automatic call routing to place the right calls with the right agents increasing productivity as well as reducing customer time.
